- When Schematic Design is approved, the Designer will create refined drawings, digital color boards, sample trays with materials, furniture selections, & other items for the client
- Towards the end of this phase, the Designer will create Renderings for the Client to visualize the space.

- Once Design Development is complete detailed drawings, specifications, and other documents are prepared for the Contractor to gather bids
- Refined Architectural Finishes are approved and added into the drawing set
- Final Furniture Selections are made in this phase

- A weekly or biweekly meeting is generally held during this timeframe with the Contractor, Designer & Client to keep the project moving forward.
- The designer will also review & approve shop drawings for the project & make sure all Interior Design installations are installed properly.

- The designer will prepare Estimates & Invoices for the Client & Purchase Orders to the Vendors prior to the completion of the project.
